Despite these numbers the county prepares to reopen higher risk businesses including gyms, nail salons and bars next week. We are outside a nursing home in concord that has recorded 15 deaths so far. Reporter state Public Health reports showed that 75 people were infected here at san miguel villa in concord. And 14 patients died along with one worker.
