Elsewhere, you look good no matter where you are going. Lets take a live look out to 24. Plenty of people are headed westbound towards San Francisco. Nothing to report as far as major issues, accidents, orthodontic just plenty of company. Lets take a look at the san mateo bridge we have plenty of company in the westbound direction. Not as much as yesterday. It is still relatively clear. Very few brake lights in the eastbound direction looks better than that. The bay bridge stacking up in the cash lanes. The meeting lights will turn on probably in the next 15 or 20 minutes. In the meantime, just passed here, you are good to go. We are watching

Looking at ther commute. It looks good. Continuing on the east shore freeway, 17 minutes is pretty good to the macarthur maze. When you get to the day bridge, a small delay and that is about all. We are off to a nice start. With oakland teachers on the picket lines, students may stay home and others will show up to nearly empty classrooms. Only 15 of the schools 800 students showed up yesterday. The school had three administrators on duty and Central Office workers. The replacement teacher was supposed to be there but never showed up. It is hard to provide a lesson plan for 15 students that are here that is consistent that everyone can do. It just does not make any sense expects students showed up for class and they say it was awkward having to cross the teachers on the picket line to get to school. Many parents who want to support the teachers had to figure out alternatives for reporter air. 40 students were dropped off at the Redwood Heights rec center. It is one of the sites that op
