Responding officers learned the man was having a bad reaction after smoking marijuana and using ecstasy pills. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. Property damage: Bayard Road A woman said March 2 that her neighbor’s fence was damaging the siding on her home. She said it blows open in the wind and strikes her home, causing dents. She wanted the incident documented for insurance purposes and said she was working with the housing department.
