Reporter a desperate 911 call brought police to the first floor of east 171st and College Avenue after 6 00 this evening. When detectives arrived they found a 16yearold girl dead inside, shot in the face. Police quickly secured the scene, limiting access to the building as they collected evidence and talked with witnesses.
