This is the only one theyve officially shut down. In one month that store which you can sort of see because it has a green sign on the outside in, one month they will close their doors for an entire year. An unassuming store on the corner of florida and second northwest is technically an electronics store, but Officials Say this is a place where people came to buy synthetic drugs and they say this is the evidence. In documents released today the attorney general says by august 10th the owner must place a closed sign on the door and stop operating as a business for one year. The deceased range in age from 77 years old to an infant just 18 months old. Were learning more about the suspect in this horrible crime. It appears tonight that he took his own life. Texas Law Enforcement officers say he had three gunshot wounds, two from a citizen who tried to stop him and the third appears to be selfinflicted. The suspects name is Devin Patrick kelley. He was 26. He spent four years in the air force. He was courtmartialed and given a bad conduct discharge in 2014. Investigators believe that the shooting started with a domestic dispute. Kelley had a history of them. So lets zero in on that.
