I think this is very limiting but i think there is a reason its very limiting and so i would like to say in three months that they could come back to commission and see how far that they have gone if that is okay because if they knuckle down for three months then i think they should be able to continue to operate and have some of the restrictions lifted depending on which ones are followed correctly.
