The notion is this our university should be empowered to look in the mirror and be honest with herself, we use it in a way of talking with leadership and talking about our society that institutions that are healthy and secure and should be willing to recognize whatever is going well and to be willing to say that we have a way to go. Its empowered to be honest with itself.
