A civil society group under the aegis of the Coalition of Civil Society Network (CCSN) has rejected the appointment of Magaji Tambuwal, as the acting Clerk to the National Assembly. The National Assembly Service Commission had appointed Tambuwal to act as a substantial Clerk to the National Assembly following the directive by the Kadi Amshi-led Commission that the former Clerk, Amos Olatunde Ojo should proceed on three  months pre-retirement leave on November 14, 2022.
