The FIR was registered on Oct 31, 2019 after the victim's father filed a complaint saying the accused who lived near their house, took his four-year-old son to his room before the boy went missing.
In January this year, the victim's father got an FIR registered at Dehlon police station of Ludhiana stating that his 4-year old daughter was taken away by the accused.
