has been detained but so far we are told he has not been arrested. it s been a chaotic scene here on mission street, witness told me he just parked his car around 4:20 pm when he heard a loud noise and saw a burgundy prius s breeding speeding away. police say this man is the driver of the car, they say he was speeding up 23rd street and turned right on to mission, hitting a muni bus and a man in the crosswalk. basically sandwiching the person, the driver of the prius jumped onto the east sidewalk. surveillance cameras from the walgreens and the muni bus show what happened. the bus was struck by the driver and then quickly went onto the sidewalk and mow down those people as they came off the bus. the prius had to bus passengers, the men suffered serious injuries, the woman was grazed. he fell down, and people were helping him. police say the two men suffered life-threatening injuries and were taken to the hospital where they underwent surgery. the prius driver fl
