A small, independent pharmacy in Lancaster County has received hundreds of COVID-19 vaccine doses earmarked for dental professionals and physical therapists.Pharmacist Melissa Koehler opened Hillcrest Pharmacy & Compounding less than a month ago and was able to secure 400 doses.The Department of Health asked her to find health care workers to vaccinate. I just started calling the local dentist offices within 1, 2, 3 miles from our location here. I called some physical therapy offices,” Koehler said.All of the doses were spoken for within days.Physical therapist Amanda Dinkel was one of the people who signed up.
