she s a victim of a homicide. we re developing a plan to search and locate her. the party she was seen at wasn t far from downtown hayward. they ll reach out to the media with more information once they establish a clearer picture of where to search for her. a 9-year-old child and two other people recovering after a shooting in the east bay. another adult is dead, the shooting happened about 4:00 this afternoon and the suspects are still on the loose. they scattered evidence markers in the street a few feet away from this car. they said two men were working on this car in the driveway when they were shot. one was killed instantly and a 9-year-old and a woman inside of the house were hit by stray bullets. it sounded like there was, they were two people with handguns and it sounded like, both they unloaded a clip. brad lives two door down on the 500 block of porter street. i was sitting in the living room and we started hearing shots going off and i didn t bother to
