In Wayne County Courts late last week, 41-year-old Dale Dugan of Louisville pled guilty Thursday for battery, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass. A separate case involving driving while suspended, possession of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. Dugan will serve a year of probation as part of a plea agreement. Wayne County arrested 33-year-old Noble resident Nathan Ellison. Ellison was wanted on Richland County warrants for Sexual Abuse – Sexual Conduct with Threat or Force, and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Ellison was transported to the Wayne County Jail. Bond is set at $3020. Alexis McKinney, 30 of Fairfield, was arrested by Wayne County on a Marion County warrant for a charge of Improper Use of Registration or Title. Bond was set at $345.
