Wayne County Court Sentencing from Late Last Week

In Wayne County Courts late last week, 41-year-old Dale Dugan of Louisville pled guilty Thursday for battery, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass. A separate case involving driving while suspended, possession of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. Dugan will serve a year of probation as part of a plea agreement.
