In Wayne County Courts late last week, 41-year-old Dale Dugan of Louisville pled guilty Thursday for battery, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass. A separate case involving driving while suspended, possession of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. Dugan will serve a year of probation as part of a plea agreement. He is also responsible for court costs of $2339.00 30-year-old Alexis McKinney pled guilty Thursday to a count of criminal trespass. She will serve as part of a plea agreement a year of court supervision and will be required to pay $1239 in court costs. 41-year-old Michael Wood of Fairfield pled guilty Thursday to charges of aggravated DUI and driving while suspended. Wood will serve 2 years of probation and be required to pay court costs of $5,063. 61-year-old Jack Windle of Sims pled guilty to driving while revoked for the 7th time and possession over 15 grams of meth. He will be serving 10 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with 8 of those for the meth charge and the other 2 for driving while revoked. Windle after will still be responsible for court costs of $2914. 37-year-old Charlie E. Newman of Cisne pled guilty in court Thursday to DUI. He was credited for 1 day served, is responsible for $3051 in court costs, and will serve a year of court supervision. 41-year-old Franklin Price of Fairfield pled guilty Thursday to a violation of probation and failure to register as a sex offender. He was credited with 63 days of time served and will serve a year of probation. Price will also be responsible for $2789 in court costs.
