Demetris Shaquille Haney, 28, was arrested without incident following his involvement in a shootout during the early hours of New Year's Day at the Paragon Bowling Alley in Dickinson. Eight months removed from the incident, a jury found Haney guilty on four of the five charges he faced, including reckless endangerment, terrorizing and two counts of aggravated assault.
Jamaal Brown, 34, and Alexander Aseph, 32, both of Dickinson, were the two suspects in question and had left the area, prompting a multi-state manhunt. Brown was arrested on Jan. 28, in the great Minneapolis area by the U.S. Marshal Fugitive Task Force. Nine days after Brown's arrest, Aseph was apprehended on Feb. 6 in Mandan, by the U.S. Marshal Fugitive Task Force.
