Southwest Judicial District jury finds man guilty of 4 felonies for NYE shootout in Dickinson

Demetris Shaquille Haney, 28, was arrested without incident following his involvement in a shootout during the early hours of New Year's Day at the Paragon Bowling Alley in Dickinson. Eight months removed from the incident, a jury found Haney guilty on four of the five charges he faced, including reckless endangerment, terrorizing and two counts of aggravated assault.
