Despite the pandemic, volunteers have supported many young people to earn the highest awards in scouting, including two Queen’s scout awards.

Santa’s elves were busy in second year woodwork class at Castleisland Community College under the supervision of their teacher Aidan Joy as they created the spirit of Christmas for all to enjoy.
Pallets that delivered hand sanitisers and paper roll were reused and up-cycled into snowmen and Christmas trees.
Broken Up and Re-Arranged
The pallets were broken up, arranged, cut into shape and re-assembled in class. They were painted and then placed outside on school grounds.
