By MATT PIKESt. Joseph PostWater main valve replacement will force a road closure in St. Joseph Tuesday. Missouri American Water will begin work to replace water main valves on 28th Street. South 28th Street will close to all traffic at the north intersection of Walnut beginning Tuesday April 4th at 7:00 a.m. Northbound traffic will follow the detour north on Agency Road then east on Jackson Street back to 28th. Southbound traffic will detour east on Winterwood Lane, south on Valley Brook Ln, east on Walnut Street and south on Parkway Boulevard back to 28th.The road closure is expected to end Friday, April 7.
