Three schools in Lowell had their power knocked out Tuesday following a crash. The crash happened somewhere along Gee Drive, according to Lowell Area Schools.
A series of pre-development meetings on Sept. 28 in city hall will feature discussions regarding proposals for the development of a part-canine boarding facility, part-tavern.
