A father is gunned down in front of his 2yearold daughter, despite giving into the demands of robbers. This all happened right outside of his house in the Spring Garden section of philadelphia. Now police are trying to track down the men who attacked and killed the father. Nbc 10s matt delucia joins us live from Police Headquarters to explain how this all unfolded. Matt, fill us in.
