The fraternity has been in operation here at stanford for 128 years. They say they got sucker punched. They were sent a letter saying they had six months to get out and give up the house. After investigations the claims turned out to be unproven and no drugging charges were filed. The local chapter lost its charter until 2021. The house is been renamed when it house is not fraternity students which technically is a violation of the Lease Agreement the says there has to be Fraternity Members in the house.
