latest on this. kate. reporter: dan, kristen, this is the latest legal brief that just came down this afternoon from the trump administration. the question has been whether to enforce or suspend president trump s immigration ban, and that s what the ninth circuit court of appeals right here across the street will be deciding. on friday when james robart, a federal judge in seattle, issued a broad order blocking key parts of president trump s immigration order, he set into motion a chain of judicial decisions for the ninth circuit court of appeals in san francisco. and right now the state of washington has made a pretty good showing of inrep rabble harm. reporter: he says the trump administration is facing an uphill battle to convince the judges they should allow the travel ban to continue. on saturday the ninth circuit judges, who are in san francisco, phoenix and honolulu, denied the trump administration s original request to vacate the stay. the trump administration s
