The hot topic item ETZ expansion that has been spurring much discussion within Stark County and the City of Dickinson drew in a crowded room Wednesday at City Hall as the city and county hosted a joint zoning transitional meeting to consider the Stark County zoned parcels to be transitioned into City of Dickinson zoning districts that take into consideration the surrounding area and existing uses per State of North Dakota Code. New Year s Eve luminary release canceled
The scheduled Luminaries Release for New Year’s Eve, hosted by the Downtown Dickinson Association, has regretfully been canceled due to fire hazards the sky lanterns present and a change in city policy that now considers the luminaries “fireworks” under the recently adopted International Fireworks Code.
