Simone Loft, Girl Scout volunteer Girl Scouts Update from the Acton-Boxborough Girl Scout Troops: If you are wondering where your Thin Mints are this season, you’re not alone. The Acton Boxborough Girl Scout Troops have remained active in our community but the traditional Cookie Booth was put on hold to ensure the safety of our Girl Scouts and their supporters. All your favorites, except Thanks-a-lots which was retired last season, plus the new Toast-Yays are available for Direct Shipment. The Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts (GSEMA) are subsidizing 50% of the shipping costs of orders over 6 packages. For example, 6 - 12 packages will be shipped for $6 with GSEMA paying the other $6.
