The Fletcher Free Library (FFL) will host Let’s Build a Roof Over the World: Youth Artwork from the Ukraine, Republic of Georgia and Moldova through March 30 in the Pickering Room. Children and young adults from 6 to 22 years of age created the original paintings and drawings featured in the exhibit. The exhibition is curated by the Fermata Arts Foundation, whose mission “is to aid in the preservation of peace by building mutual respect, understanding and cooperation through art, architecture, philosophy and poetry.” The exhibit has been touring libraries throughout Vermont, as well as nationally, for several years.
