Much as possible and hovering over all of these decisions is the very real fact that some of those 19 might decide that spending a million plus dollars on their defense for something that they don t believe they played a major role in, they might be better off actually cooperating, pleading guilty to a minor offense and providing evidence. and some of the people could be the fake electors themselves, or three of them who were charged here. we have mug shots of those three individuals who were charged. these fake electors. and some of them said they were acing in the court filings, acting in trump s dissection. is that a concern that some could testify against him. well each of these individuals, as andy points out, have their own interests so they each have to launch whatever defense, number one, they re capable of launching, capable of affording, and whatever is when they do have counsel, whatever is in their individual interest. that may be contrary to what the former president ....
