To be of the appropriations bill for the department appropriated 39. 7 billion in on the house floor, was amended to have language to fix the actions in the president has vowed to veto any bill that includes such language. The clock is ticking in each time the whole land Security Budget of this government should not be a political football. I urge Congress Free and clear of the amendments. I will end with the last two words i ended last years speech with.
