The unidentified rebel was killed during the 20-minute clash on September 20 in the remote Senonogan de Tubang village, one of the communities that the rebels have been trying to recover in Silvino Lobos town. In a statement, National Capital Region Police Office chief Maj. Gen. Felipe Natividad said members of the QCPD's Drug Enforcement Unit arrested live-in partners Alvin Rapinian, 26; and Riza Bilbao, 25, during the buy-bust on 16th Avenue in Barangay San Roque in Cubao at around 2:30 a.m. The operation stemmed from the tip of an informant who reported to the QCPD Police Station 7 the drug activities of the suspects. An undercover cop acted as a poseur buyer and transacted with the couple, resulting in their arrest.
