State of georgia where a grand jury has indicted donald trump for a historic fourth time for allegedly trying to overturn the States Election results in 2020. The grand jury approved every indictment presented by Fulton County district attorney, fani willis, on monday. The former u. S. President has been charged with 13 counts in the indictment, including a Racketeering Charge, 18 others have also been charged under the states racketeering laws for allegedly joining, quote, a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome in favor of donald trump. This point, but it is very clear that fani willis is ready to go. this is her 11th racketeering case that she has filed against defendants using this racketeering stout shoot, georges racketeering statute, and she s only been in office since 2021. she has filed 11 of these cases since 2021. so, i think that this is a very strong indictment and all of these defendants have a tremendous amount to be concerned about. this is a serious, the minimum prison time would be around five years and, because these are state charges, not federal, trump would not be able to pardon himself if he is ultimately elected, reelected president in 2024. how possible is it, given the evidence and of course the charges involved, that trump could get out of this? even without pardoning himself? mathematically, rosemary, it is not probable. ....
