Foreigner among two held with half Kg heroin in Punjab Shahkot, May 17 (UNI) The Shahkot police have arrested two drug peddlers including a foreign woman on the charges of selling heroin. Station house officer (SHO) Surindar Kumar Kamboj said that the accused have been identified as Elizabeth alias Liz daughter of Marry a citizen of Kenya and presently living in New Delhi and Sammi Kapur son of Desraj a resident of Najafgarh , South Delhi .SHO said that 505 grams heroin was recovered from their possession adding that the accused were travelling in a car (HR-55-AG-1940). SHO said a case under sections 21(C) /61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused and impounded their car. The accused were produced in a court which remanded them to police custody for two days. ....
