Punjab: 2 drug peddlers held, 505 gms heroin seized Shahkot, May 17 (UNI) The Shahkot police have arrested two drug peddlers, including a foreign woman, on the charges of selling heroin. Station House Officer (SHO) Surinder Kumar Kamboj said that the accused have been identified as Elizabeth alias Liz, a citizen of Kenya and presently living in New Delhi and Sammi Kapur, a resident of Najafgarh, South Delhi. The SHO said that 505 grams heroin was recovered from their possession, adding that the accused were travelling in a car. He said a case under sections 21(C) /61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused and their car has been impounded. ....

Station house officer (SHO) Surindar Kumar Kamboj said that the accused have been identified as Elizabeth alias Liz daughter of Marry a citizen of Kenya and presently living in New Delhi and Sammi Kapur son of Desraj a resident of Najafgarh , South Delhi .SHO said that 505 grams heroin was recovered from their possession adding that the accused were travelling in a car (HR-55-AG-1940). SHO said a case under sections 21(C) /61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused and impounded their car. The accused were produced in a court which remanded them to police custody for two days. ....
