YOUNGSTOWN A cash sale has been announced for a library in Youngstown.
Surplus items from the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County will be for sale 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 17, 18 and 19 at the Newport Library, 3730 Market St.
The sale will be at the rear of the library. Proceeds will benefit the Summer Discovery program.
Items for sale will include office chairs, metal cabinets with drawers, metal and wood desks, shelving, drop-in lights, computer tables, wood and laminate tables, books and more.
No deliveries will be made, and customers should be prepared to take items they purchase with them. Items must also be removed the days of the sale.

The Isle of Wight Council has revealed what time its services will run until over the festive period.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic and government advice, the arrangements and times may vary from those usually in place over the festive season.
They may also be subject to further change due to developing government advice, according to the local authority,
Most of the council’s operations will remain open until 4.30pm, Thursday 24 December.
