Vanessa Morgan is back on the set of
Riverdale following the birth of her baby, and she has an extra little bundle of joy with her. The actress brought her two-and-a-half month old son, River, to work and took the cutest pics with him at a Riverdale staple. Back to work looks a lil different these days , Vanessa captioned some photos of herself at Pop s Chock lit Shoppe with River in a baby carrier on her chest.
Of course, the rest of Vanessa s cast mates couldn t get enough of the cuteness. Welcome to set, little Riv!! Lili Reinhart commented, while Camila Mendes kept it simple with two very appropriate emojis:

Riverdale in simple sentences. But I’m about to try. Because
Riverdale is that rarest of shows. It’s utterly ridiculous, and I eat up every last morsel as if entranced. The CW series defies logic, or purpose, or any sense of reality. And that’s exactly what makes it so intoxicating. It’s a show about teenagers dealing with extreme issues: serial killer dads, running a speakeasy, drug-peddling cults, secret literary societies, the soul of a child trapped in a doll. You know, normal high school stuff.
And that’s all in the first four seasons. But season five, well… Season five is where things truly entered another realm of WTF. A few episodes into the season,

Upon last week’s return to a changed Riverdale seven years into our present, I compared the lamentable state of the town to J.D. Vance’s
Hillbilly Elegy, a reference point the latest episode grabs onto and clutches for dear life. With all the characters somewhat settled in their new lives (with the exception of Jughead, who doesn’t have two thin dimes to rub together, unless he Jokerfies himself into a Vance double by writing
Elegy For A Small Town, but hold on, we’re getting there), the show requires a new focal point for its dramatic stakes, and the soul of Riverdale will do quite nicely. It’s like the old
