Geelong coach Chris Scott has launched a staunch defence of the clubâs medical staff in the wake of Jeremy Cameronâs latest injury setback.
The star recruit was seen undergoing a pre-game fitness test ahead of the sideâs 41-point victory against Essendon on Friday night and was deemed fit to play before being forced off before half time after clutching his hamstring.
Cameron kicked three goals before being subbed out, with Scott admitted his hamstring looked âiffyâ before the game.
