For more than a year someone has been attaching bicycles to a utility pole in Kaysville, Utah. Now, they ve upped their game for the holidays, decorating a second pole with Christmas toys.

Yeah, that s a new one, Dale Hoffman says. Somebody has been decorating the utility poles thistles the first time they did an actual Christmas theme, and each time it has a bicycle theme to it. It apparently all started more than a year ago. So while back there was just a bike chained to a pole. And one day, the city decided, had been there too long.
