But instead of reimbursing her for the fraud, Bank of America denied her claim - let the fraudulent charges stand, and then froze her account. Just froze it! Right before Christmas. Come on, this is unfair, it s cruel! Davis exclaimed.
Davis says the bank never alerted her to the suspicious charges as they piled up many from this web hosting company in Nigeria.

From March 2008 through March 2016, Burgmeier owned and operated Burgmeier Construction in Simi Valley. During that time, Burgmeier misrepresented the number of his employees and the total amount of payroll to the victims in this case. Burgmeier s fraud resulted in the underpayment of insurance premiums totaling $176,265 to State Fund,and an underpayment of taxes totaling $39,608 to EDD.
