Christopher & Banks. Headquartered in Plymouth, Minnesota, the company announced it had voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in a press release. Christopher & Banks specializes in women s clothing and, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier, they will be closing 400 of their stores.
Christopher & Banks operates 23 total stores in Iowa and 451 locations nationwide. The press release cites the impact of COVID-19 as a significant reason for the action and the ceasing of operations. Also mentioned, the U.S./China trade war and,
