A group of around 60 youngsters aged between 25 and 32 years have formed a ‘Corona relief unit.’
Having started working on it just a few days ago, they have been circulating their numbers through social media telling everyone that they were ready to extend some help to patients in distress by providing medicines, oxygen cylinders, beds, food and plasma.
The youngsters have made it clear that they would only act to set up a bridge between the needy patients and those with resources available and help them save crucial time wasted in liaisoning.
Vaibhav Gupta, who is a chartered accountant, and his schoolmate Sajan Sachdeva, who works in Amazon in Bengaluru, said they took the initial plunge and many more batchmates from Apeejay School, where they studied, were getting added each day.
