Maezawa’s next goal is to travel around the moon with eight creatively minded strangers, and he’s promised to cover the costs. On Wednesday (March 3) he released videos extending the invitation to join him on the SpaceX trip, scheduled for 2023, and detailing his “dearMoon” vision. “It will take three days to get to the moon, loop behind it and three days to come back,” the 45-year-old said. “I will pay for the entire journey. I have bought all the seats so it will be a private ride.
