Tim Walz has announced that Minnesota's 8th permanent community vaccination site will open this week in Oakdale. The site will be located at Inwood Oaks event center at the Oak Marsh Golf Course, and will become the fourth permanent site in the Twin Cities, and the second in the east metro. Minnesota's seven other large-scale vaccination sites are at the Minneapolis Convention Center, Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul, the Mall of America in Bloomington, and in Duluth, Rochester, St. Cloud, and Mankato.
