The junior pitcher threw a no-hitter, the seventh in program history, as Dartmouth won, 5-0. She also set a program record with 17 strikeouts, accounting for all but four of the Jumbos’ outs. The Marilla, N.Y., native finished the gem off in 99 pitches, striking out the final batter looking. The Big Green completed a twinbill sweep with a 7-4 win in the nightcap. The only blemishes that kept Plonka from a perfect game were two walks to Tufts’ Mia Steinberg in her first two at-bats.
