According to Michael Dulitz, who is doing data analysis for the Grand Forks Public Health Department, just over 10% of county residents have received at least one injection of the coronavirus vaccine and 4.6% are fully vaccinated. In Minnesota, in Polk County, just over 11% of the population have received one dose of the vaccine, and slightly under 3% have received both doses.
