TRIBE Table is a traditional cuisine with a modern twist. Fresh and seasonal ingredients meet an Italian-Mediterranean menu of gourmet dishes. Great value is placed on lean workflows and the most positive ecological balance possible. From Monday to Saturday, a fine selection of dishes can be enjoyed in the panoramic restaurant from 7 pm. The menu highlights the best regional produce, always with an Italian touch, such as Aveyron veal à la Bocconcini, Tartare or Insalata di Mare - a delicious salad of octopus, cuttlefish, mussels, cockles, penne and vegetables. Typical South-Western dishes have not been left out and foodies can enjoy a deconstructed Cassoulet (a typical French stew) reinvented by the Chef.
