what sore wrist? what headache? what bad shoulder? advil makes pain a distant memory. nothing works faster stronger or longer than advil what pain? today divers will resume looking for wreckage after two small planes collided off the coast of southern california friday. yesterday crews recovered two bodies and parts of the plane. the medical examiner is now working to identifiy the victims. crews started looking for the planes friday after the two planes disappeared from radar. today several new policies go into effect friday's deadly crane collapse. crews were still cleaning up the scene yesterday. they removed the last pieces of the crane, and hauled them away on a flatbed trucks. here's another look at the collapse in tribeca. the massive crane fell almost 600-feet. while the official cause is still under investigation, heavy winds and snow are probably factors. the collapse killed one person and hurt three others. now mayor bill de blasio says in terms of safety he's not leaving any stone unturned. he announced double fines for engineers who fail to safeguard a crane site after a wind advisory. he also laid out a stricter wind policy. :54 - 1:23 mayor bill de blasio/ new york city "we are putting new restrictions on crawler cranes. until future notice, crawler cranes must cease operation and go into safety mode whenever steady winds are forecast to exceed 20 miles an hour or gusts are forecast to exceed 30 be clear. even if it is a forecast in advance, we are going to require that the cranes be put into that secure mode." there is also a new policy for sidewalk safety, and a new task force on crane safety. rescue crews in taiwan continue to pull survivors out of the rubble, two days after the 6-point-4 earthquake. just this morning crews pulled out a person who shouted "here i am" to rescuers. here you can see rescuers in a crane, pulling the survivor to safety. over the weekend, rescuers hoisted a baby girl out of the debris. they believe there are more than 100 people still buried. a high-rise apartment toppled over in the earthquake. the process of getting to survivors is precarious because the rubble is unstable. in some cases it's taking rescuers eight to 10 hours to reach one person. so far, the death toll has risen to 37. this morning. the country's president down at the end of his term, and now there's no successor in place. according to the b-b-c, the country was supposed to have a runoff election earlier to find an successor, but it got postponed because of fears of violence and fraud. there was violence on the streets yesterday shortly after president michel martelly gave his farewell speech. anti-government protesters clashed with police. officers had to use tear gas and water cannons to stop the violence. now the country is rescheduling elections for april, and how to have someone sworn in by may. we have new video this morning showing suspects in last week's deadly plane explosion in somalia. authorities just released this airport security video allegedly showing the two men. investigators think they used a laptop that caused the explosion. they think lower right-hand corner, you can see someone hand the men a laptop. a bomber set off the explosion on the flight leaving mogadishu airport. witnesses say they saw a man on fire get today a virginia mother is scheduled to head to trial after someone found her son dead in the family's septic tank. this story shook the community last march. police say ashley white and her husband paul thomas left their five year old son noah and baby daughter abigail, home alone. after days of searching the boy's body turned up near the family's home in dublin. the medical examiner said the boy's death was caused by hypothermia and drowning. both parents face child abuse and neglect charges. this morning one person injuries after a fire spread through their home. it happened yesterday morning in hampton. the fire undercontrol on banister drive. they say they will have to condemn the house because of the fire and smoke damage. paramedics took hospital for smoke inhalation. the cause is investigation. this morning a man is critical condition after a car accident this past weekend. police in hampton say a car was speeding near road saturday. we showed you live pictures of this scene saturday on wavy news 10 at 11:00. officers say the car ran a red light and hit an s-u-v. in total three people went to the hopsital, one man with critical injuries, and another man and woman with non-life threatening injuries. we're working to learn if any charges will be filed. officers say they are still investigating the crash.
