A similar disturbing story a local music teacher is being held without bond this morning on sex charges. The fredericksburg freelance star reports jay n emachine smith is accused of taking indecent liberties of a minor. In this case a 17yearold girl. Her parents say they hired him to give their daughter music lessons. They called detectives when they discovered the inappropriate relationship. A Montgomery County man is facing up to 130 years in prison this morning after being convicted of sexually assaulting four young men. Prosecutors say Joey Poindexter sought out victims at beer pong tournaments. Last month, he was convicted of sexually assaulting a fifth man. His second trial started monday. Police say the four victims were so incapacitated. They didnt even realize they had been assaulted until investigators discovered video of the assaults on poindexters computer and showed it to them. An army veteran from Prince Georges County is in custody this morning. Accused of threatening to shoot his wife and others at the u. S. Capitol. Michael bogoslavski claims he is suffering from post Traumatic Stress disorder after suffering in both iraq and afghanistan. Serving in both iraq and afghanistan. He was arrested after calling his wife saying he planned to shoot her and anyone who got in his way. He was glad to die at the hands of police. Bog bogoslavskis wife is a senator. Theyre supposed to give that information about emergency calls. They said they have even missed some emergency runs because of the calls they werent ever transmitted. There are also complaints about the lack of training and firefighters talked about the problems specifically with responding to Lenfant Plaza metro emergency and you can just hear the frustration in their voices.
