>> we just got words family court judge robert coonan will issue his ruling promptly 9:00 n wilmington. so we will have a decision right about the same exact time of day just eight days shy of one year, that amy francis joiner was punched 24 times, dragged by her braids into that handicap stall in the second floor bathroom, at howard high school, just mile from the courthouse, where we will get the decision, so, the worse that can happen, is that because he's just a family court judge, and since she is being tried only as juvenile, the worse punishment, if found guilty, at 9:00 a.m., is that she will be ordered under court supervision at a youth detention facility only until she is 19 years old. so, hardly a punishment probably in the eyes of people on the amy francis joiner side of things. but that is the worse that can happen as we get a decision in about an hour and a half, guys. >> okay, so we will be on the air live with steve when the judge makes that ruling, straight up 9:00 it sounds like. new tv show out there, what do you think about this?
