Tonight, leaders here believe it is likely that suspect Edward Archer attend prayers here. Iman does not recognize his name or his face. Reporter its been a week since the mummers generated controversy with some groups performing in black and brown face and mocking indicate license jenner. Since then, some have suggested that the city will require the mummers to get approval for their exits in the future but this week the aclu pushed back say cracking down on the mum would be a violation of their First Amendment rights. Well, what the city cant do is treat the mummers differently depending on what theyre going to say in their parade the government cant control a First Amendment parade. Reporter an attorney has been a mummer himself for over 30 years and he told me although the First Amendment argument may be true it misses the point.
