Authorities tell us they are looking at this as a case of child abuse. Cops say they spotted the suspects and while trying to stop them they took off crashing into the officers vehicle. One of the suspects was later arrested at ogontz and olney. The other remains on the loose. Robbed, tied up even pistol whipped that is what police say happened at students near temple universitys campus. Officials began the demolition and row placement of the arcola road bridge which connects lower and Upper Providence townships over the perkiomen creek. The bridge was built back in 1869.
