New tonight a grand jury is not going to indict the Cleveland Ohio officer who shot and killed a 12yearold boy in november of last year. Philadelphias District Court wants the courts to rethink over turning the conviction of a Roman Catholic church official. Monsignor william lynn was the point person for complaints that priests were molesting children from the early 90s to the mid 2000 sands. Three years ago a jury found him guilty of child endangerment for not doing enough to protect the victims. Last week, a state superior court overturned the conviction and ordered a new trial. Now, philadelphias District AttorneySeth Williams wants the courts to take another look at over turning lynns conviction. I find it ironic that this superior court panel ruled that using all of the evidence was in fact too much evidence. So as Court Reviews our request, we will continue to fight to keep monsignor lynn in state custody where he belongs. You may remember that conviction was overturned once before in 2013. But it was reinstated by a higher court and lynn was ordered back to prison. Happening right now, police are investigatin investigating f thousands of dollars worth of propane tanks.
