london tonight where police are investigating two terror attacks. the driver of a van ran over people on the london bridge and then a man goes on a stabbing spree at a london cafe. thank you for joining us tonight, i'm joyce evans. >> i'm dawn timoney. this is the third attack to hit the uk this year. the investigation still unfolding right nowment fox's brian yanis with the very latest. >> reporter: this video showing london police apprehending one person near the scene of the incident, terrorist attack on busy crowded saturday night in the heart of london, this after terrorist mode people down on westminster bridge killing five and injuring 50. reports that a white van veered off the pavement on london bridge and struck several people. this witness describes what he saw near the bridge. >> shots, shots, no, there is a crashed van, shots getting fired, and bang, bang, bang. but we just dashed back by the police. >> just outside the market. i just saw a load of people run away from the market, there were people lying on the ground, a taxi driver had the window down, shouting at people to run. we ran for like 100 meters then saw loads of police cars show up. it was kind of a period of quite intense gunfire. i hid in the restaurant basically for about an hour. >> british media report that several men jumped out of the van and started randomly stabbing pedestrians, people was a wanted man, "fox 29 news" he was being brought to our location where we reported this morning on good day philadelphia, that police identified him as the a taj err of councilman david oh. told the family, if he's innocent, the best way to proclaim that first thing do is turn yourself in. and so he did. >> this juncture, he denies all of the allegations. we will see what the evidence shows. his car keys, wallet, everything else he had on him as he was stabbed and fought off the attacker who ended up getting nothing before just getting away. >> could have been much worse, the way this guy painting and has never been convicted of a cribbing as an adult, just stupid youthful mistakes, he followed the advice of step dad and lawyer, if he didn't do this, turn yourself in the moment police man in new castle. police say 23 year old andre queen shot the victim several times, it was on tuesday, about 1:15 in the afternoon, at the bay view manor on keller buyer road, charged with attempted murder. no word on the victim's condition. >> woman was hit and killed crossing a street in broomall, delaware county, police say the driver did stop at the scene, happened around 6:15 this morning, the victim was walking across sussex boulevard when the car hit her, no word yet on any charges. the investigation continues. >> and, somerset county new jersey a few dozen demonstrators gathering
